This session will take you through real-life problem solving and crisis management situations you may encounter as President of your club.  We will take some worst case scenarios and walk you through how to analyze the problem, work with your club to process it and communicate to your club and your community the outcome.



1.  Envision and anticipate problems you may encounter so you are ready to act if they come.

2.  Understand processes you can use to understand and process the solutions.

3.  Plan for how to communicate to your leadership, your club and your community in times of difficulty.
