You'll also have the opportunity to exchange successful fundraising ideas for you to take back to your club.

Molly Herrington, Interim Chief People Officer
Molly Herrington serves as the Interim Chief People Officer for the State of
North Dakota where she is Team ND’s Human Resource (HR) strategist and
organizational development leader, with a focus on culture transformation,
organizational structure and leadership development to enhance performance
and productivity.
In this role, Molly spearheads the strategic redesign of statewide HR services
delivered across Team ND. She with the HR teams from across agencies to
facilitate a unified approach and drive innovation in processes involving talent
acquisition, total rewards, talent management and development, operations
and digital services, and HR business partners.
Molly is a committed volunteer with a passion to help organizations grow and succeed. She currently
dedicates time to supporting the Bismarck-Mandan community through service projects with the
Bismarck Rotary Club and leads the District 5580 Grants Sub-Committee.
