After a brief self-introspection and education on Rotary International's actions, we will explore simple methods of using Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and belonging to expand club impact and reach. Oh, and we'll have fun doing it :D
Learning outcomes
Participants will be able to evaluate their club using the Diversity Readiness Rating (DRR) Tool.
Participants will be able to identify and apply one or more of the discussed DEI methods to their club.

Jason Browne has been a voice regarding Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, & Belonging since 2014. On this topic, he has collaborated with Penn State, Borough of State College, and Rotary clubs around the world. In his spare time, he pretends he has skill at playing basketball, enjoys making music, finds peace while kayaking on a summer’s day, and desperately attempts to get his three-year-old niece to like him.
