About the event
The North Central President-Elect Learning Seminar is an annual training event for incoming Presidents and Presidents-Nominee in Districts 5580 (MN/ND/WI/Canada), 5950 (MN), 5960 (MN/WI), 5970 (IA). This 2026 NCPELS event will be held at the Omni Viking Lakes Hotel in Minneapolis and will feature messages from Rotary International President Elect Olayinka Hakeem Babalola, as well as interactive workshops and idea sharing sessions to prepare incoming club presidents for their 2026-2027 term. Early bird price $500. After 1 January 2026 price increases to $550.
